Economics and Data Analytics Major (BS)

Economists with a foundation in data science employ computational tools and approaches to extract meaningful insights from data. Their analyses enable them to anticipate trends, address business dilemmas, and assist organizations in comprehending their influence, fostering more equitable and efficient decision-making processes. We will teach students to turn data into information and then turn information into insight. In addition, students will get hands-on training with software such as R, Python, and Stata.
