Graduate Certificate in Workplace Conflict Management

The certificate is intended to provide students with the knowledge and tools to manage conflicts within public organizations in order to balance organizational priorities, legal requirements, and the maintenance of human capital with other organizational goals such as productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. The certificate program includes 9 credits of coursework drawn from the Master of Arts in Public Administration curriculum. Students must meet admission requirements for the MPA program in order to qualify for admission to the University Student Affairs Administration Certificate Track.

Admission Requirements:

The admissions requirements are the same as those for the MPA program.
